All products listed on this site are shipped from various fulfillment centers and print provides across the globe. We do not have direct control over the shipment of your items, but we do our best to assure you get the optimal shipping for your order.
If your order includes items from different fulfillment centers, each item will be delivered separately and may arrive at different delay from each other. We will try to group sub-items from same fulfillment center to make sure they arrive in a single delivery.
Based on the total weight of your order and your shipping address, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The timeframe for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Order verification, tailoring, printing, quality check, and packaging. We process most orders within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the products’ availability and fulfillment-center load level. Generally, we target 3 business days to dispatch your order for all products except hand-made which we allow up to 15 days for production depending on the labour required to make the item.
Shipping time varies widely from 1 day to 40 days, depending on the shipping option selected in the order, and geographical localisation of dispatch point / delivery point. After order being submitted we can share available estimates based on your order details.

Can I track the delivery of my order?
Yes, we will provide tracking details for items that qualifies for tracking immediately after they are available for us.
Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You may need to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
What do I do if I didn’t receive my order?
If you’re missing items or shipments, please contact us within 30 days of shipping date.
