Our policy lasts 14 days from receiving your order. If you exceeded 14 days, we reserve the right to reject your request.
Our products are fulfilled by print-on-demand businesses, all products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product. Our Print Providers don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items.
Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, We are not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for providing the right information in your order.
We can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, you shall contact us first and confirm the order number and the product(s) you want to return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
If you return the item respecting the policies above, we can offer you a replacement for the same product after fixing the reported issues.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was purchased by another customer shipped directly to you, you can contact us providing the shipping address used in the order. We can offer a replacement with a different item or refund the original customer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
